Solid black walnut writing or console table with masterfully carved animal-like sculpted legs, circa 1970. Peg constructed with decorative exposed mortise, the table retains its original linseed oil finish. Tabletop height is 29”. From a Robert Whitley furnished Manhattan apartment.
