Set of three large slate tops coffee tables brushed steel 1970s

$ 28,500
  • Description
    This is a unique set of three large round coffee tables, probably made to order by an architect, forming a big 80 inches wide coffee table made in France in the late 1970s from a beautiful French slate, with brushed steel bases. The thick surface of each table feels strong and earthy, the slate being from Savoie in the French Alps, while the brushed steel base gives a slick feel. The result is a sophisticated, naturalist look. The three tables are found in a great condition. This set of coffee tables allows for some customization, as the tables can be moved around freely and interlocked into different designs. Their dimensions are Diameter 51.2 inches (130 cms) x Height 13.0 inches (33 cms) for the largest, Diameter 37.4 inches (95 cms) x Height 11.4 inches (29 cms) for the middle one, and Diameter 27.5 inches (70 cms) x Height 9.8 inches (25 cms) for the smallest.
