Large Italian Marble Travertine Dining Table, Desk, Polished & Chip Carved Top

Description
Made in Italy in the 1970s, a large dining table or desk made entirely of travertine marble. The top is a large single slab of polished travertine, with a warm and pleasing natural grain. The smoothness of the top is attractively contrasted with a chip-carved treatment on the perimeter apron. The top simply and easily rests on the podium base with no attaching hardware. Thought there is an intermediate wood platform, concealed in the apron thickness.
In good condition showing little to no wear on the finished and sealed top & base. No chips or stains. My guestimate weight of the top is 175lbs, and the base 80lbs. 29.5 tall, 75 long, 39.5 wide. You will love the looks, condition and practicality of this table/desk! - More Information
