Description
Remarkable Art Nouveau Thonet Side Table from the renowed company of Thonet around 1910. Designed by none other than the world famous Austrian designer and founder of the "Wiener Werkstaette" - Josef Hoffmann, this oval beechwood side table comes with an impressing timeless shape and fits perfect to modern as well as traditional interior designs. The oval shape in combination with the crossed leg base just looks fantastic. The beech wood has been trimmed to this typical dark mahogany look. An additional smaller compartment floats between the four slim columns right under the top. This Thonet side table by Josef Hoffmann comes in great restored condition with a hand polished shellac finish and shows the famous paper mark "THONET" on the bottom.
