These sculptural side tables, carved from travertine stone take the form of classical Ionic column capitals set on short pedestals. The design directly references ancient Greek and Roman architectural elements, reinterpreted as functional objects. Their solid weight, mineral texture, and softened edges give them a timeless and monumental presence. These pieces work equally well as side tables, pedestals, or display plinths in both contemporary and historic interiors.

These tables appear to be artisan-made pieces inspired by classical architecture, often produced by skilled stone workshops, especially in Italy, during the late 20th century revival of classical and postmodern architectural forms.
