Description
John Brogden Signed Gold Carbuncle and Pearl Bracelet, C.1855. The bracelet is formed of nine bezel set oval shaped cabochon garnets each interspaced with articulated sections of pearls, three in each, total of twenty seven. terminating with concealed tongue and box clasp, with makers mark JB for John Brogden. Four interior links with inscription Souvenir de Twickenham 23 Juin 1855. Clasp also with French export mark. Length: approximately 8 inches. Gold acid tested 18K. Item Weight: 44 grams. Fitted vintage box Bentley & Co New Bond St W1.
