Description
Art Deco Necklace in White Gold, Yellow Diamond, Diamonds, & Sapphires
$12,475.00
This beautiful Art Deco Pendant Necklace was created in America Circa 1925. Featuring a Shield form silhouette, the line work beautifully balances gentle curves and angular moments reminiscent of the framing of stained glass windows. A beautiful sense of scale and fastidious attention to detail across the body of the pendant emphasizes the placement of the diamonds and sapphires, displaying their brilliance. Within the body of the pendant the white gold winds with serifed forms and gentle curvatures setting the nesting of round diamonds throughout the piece. Horizontal bars of invisibly set baguette cut sapphires provide visual structure and bring out the beauty of the approx 1/2 Carat Yellow Diamond center. Hangs from a beautiful White Gold chain with matching round cut diamond motif, cohesive and refined material balance with the pendant. Contains 64 Clear Round Cut Diamonds with a total carat weight of approx. 1.41 Contains 14 Baguette Cut Sapphires reaching a carat weight of approx. .52. A wonderful example of elegant and sophisticated glamour from the Art Deco period this piece will style beautifully with many styles of dress from elegant cocktail attire to business casual or daily wear.
