Michael Oguns began cultivating his talent for design and craftsmanship while still a teenager in his native Nigeria. For close to 40 years, he has set forth to create unique and original pieces, in a wide range of designs styles, creating timeless products right on trend. Michael applies his sculptural sensibility to everything he creates.
His work explores the artistic practice through a process of Inventions, Science and Engineering. Furniture, Sculptures, Accessories, and Lighting are completely hand crafted with hands on supervision by the Artist himself. The attention to detail, and quality of material fabrication is one of Michael’s traits, that set him apart in a diverse, congested industry. At Michael O Design, our goal is to make stylish and functional products of high quality, yet sell them at competitive prices.
We are proud that all of our furniture collections and everything that we produce, are all made in America, with every product manufactured in-house at our manufacturing facility, located in Miami, Florida.
