Description
Rare 1960s organic art glass sculptures in blown Murano glass of modern design. Each character, a choir singer and the Nonnina with scarf (Italian grandmother), is individually worked in incalmo, fused layers of contrasting colors, decorated with colored murrine in red, burgundy, brown to depict the faces. Created by the Fornasa De Muran A L'Insegna Del Moreto, designed by the artist Galliano Ferro, with original labels on both pieces. Fun versatile decorative objects, ideal for a children's room. They can also be used as paperweights. In extraordinary condition. Can be purchased individually.
