A spectacular and large tramp art blanket box, circa 1890-1910, constructed with layered leather, embossed and carved contrasting leather and wood. This box was found in Sweden but could possibly be of North German decent. It is unusual to find this type of work of this scale and with such high craftsmanship. Working lock and original key.
