Custom Bookmatched Brazilian Rosewood Florence Knoll Media Cabinet
-
Description
This monumentally proportioned media console was custom ordered by an east coast architect for his personal estate. It is much more generously proportioned than the average scale Knoll credenza. It is taller, deeper and much longer. The exotic bookmatched Brazilian rosewood across the front of the cabinet is the most attractive graining pattern I have ever seen on a cabinet in over 20 years of business. The striations on the top look like a nine and a half foot long flame. The cabinet was originally configured as a stereo cabinet with compartments for amplifiers, albums and a hinged lid on the top for a turntable.
