A pair of red painted Gustavian style commodes feature a painted faux marble top and three drawers. All drawers have brass pull rings and escutcheons. The egg and dart and reeded motifs are a signature design of the Gustavian style pieces. This circa 1880 pair stands out in an unusual red paint.
