Description
A striking two-part bookcase cabinet by Poul Hundevad, this distinctive Danish Modern vintage bookcase cabinet is angular and austere with its pleasing teak veneers and orderly grain profile. The two upper doors slide easily on track to give access to the four adjustable shelves on either side. In the cabinet space, the left side slides open to reveal a single shallow drawer over shelving and the right side is entirely shelved. Other than the attractive sculpted solid teak scoop pulls in the upper and lower drawers, the bookcase cabinet is undistracted and free of embellishment. With tight symmetry and pleasing color throughout, this is a fine vintage strikepoint piece.
