Minimalist abstract sculpture in a dark plum color composed of 4 cloves, realized with the Sbruffi technique in 7 layers of various color intensities that each catches the light differently, overlaid in a darker glass with matt finish, raised on a high-quality slate base with slanted edges, signed piece by Alessandro Barbaro.
This technique of applying thin blown colored glass layers one after the other requires a team with long apprenticeship and great coordination between the members. Only the best Maestri are able to use this Sbruffi technique.
