Description
Maison Ramsay was a French design house in the early to mid twentieth century. The partnership between designers Andre Hammel and Louis See was noted for its modernist take on neoclassical forms. Maison Ramsay produced furniture in the art deco style, using a unique combination of materials and techniques, making their designs easily identifiable, particularly the pairing of gilded iron with glass, marble and lacquered wood.
