An important pair of stools/benches in Macassar d'Ebony in a post-modern/modern neoclassical spirit with solid bronze cornices and sabots. The elegant legs taper in a stepped fashion ending in solid bronze sabots and support a frame with inset leather cushions. The quality of design and manufacture is un-excelled.

T. Thomas Gargiulo came from a dual background as a Ph.D. in Psychology with extensive training in Art History and Anthropology to form Thomas Gallery in downtown Manhattan in 1997 to balance intellectual with design pursuits.
