Impressive Dutch Three-tier Brass 18-light Chandelier

Description
centering a triple-baluster column emanating scrolled solid-brass arms with original drip pans; terminating in a large sphere with ring finial; originally candle-lit but now electrified; with original 1951 invoice from C.J. Pratt Antiques, Brompton Road, London; includes original 9" diameter brass canopy; such chandeliers were used in both homes and churches in the Low Countries in the 17th and 18th centuries and many paintings testify to their importance in domestic and church interiors (see Vermeer's 'Artist's Studio' in images)
