WMF Jugendstil Art Nouveau secessionist photograph frame, Germany, circa 1905. The rare size and design pewter frame of horizontal rectangular shape with elongated open panel triangular panel lower frieze, the surround of frame festoon wreath and Greek key design. Original leather back and easel. WMF marks and numbered 31. Exterior measurements: Approximately 6.00 x 3.25 inches. Interior measurements: Approximately 3.5 x 2.25 inches. Condition: Minor wear commensurate with age, mentioned purely for accuracy purposes only.
