(English, 19th Century)
A large patinated bronze sculpture statue of two war veterans with uniforms and badges. Each with amputation injuries. One with an amputated arm, the other with an amputated leg.
Very unusual bronze sculpture, good for collectors of militaria and of course, veterans.
Signed Paul Thubert.
Very good condition, no damages noted. Minor wear consistent with age and use. Some green verdigris on the bottom base – see photos.
