Description
«Ta meg i mot» oil on canvas by Anastína Eyjólfsdóttir.
A toppless woman equipped with blue boxing gloves poses by the shore. Behind her, the sky and small strip of sea create a blank and impenetrable wall.
The title of this piece is not easily translated as it is a double entendre in Norwegian. One translation might be «Catch me», while another might be «Witness my courage». -
