Description
Pair of large candlesticks in turned and carved wood, stuccoed and gilded with cherubs, acanthus leaves and gadroons, resting on three claw feet and a ball foot at the back.
One side is neither decorated nor gilded because they were intended to be placed in the corner of a chapel or along a wall. They are equipped with two patinated metal receptacles intended to collect the melted wax.
