A simple, elegant side table with perfect proportions. This example is part of a c. 1938 custom-designed library suite we acquired from the heirs of the family that hired Robsjohn-Gibbings to decorate their 92nd and Fifth Avenue townhouse with custom bespoke furniture. Provenance available.

Documentation: Certificate of Authenticity Origin: United States Period: 1920-1949 Materials: Walnut Condition: Good. Refinished. The original varnish was stripped and small veneer repairs were made and color matched to original. We had this lightly restored but left some surface wear such as light impressions in wood, to keep a vintage appearance.
