A fine, signed first edition of the final book in the 'Blofield Trilogy', largely set in Japan where Fleming had travelled on assignment in 1959 leading to the section in his Thrilling Cities book. Scarce signed.
First edition, first impression, first issue, signed by the author on front free endpaper; 8vo; publisher's boards with gilt Japanese lettering to upper cover and silver lettering to spine, dust-jacket with wraparound artwork design by Richard Chopping, a fine example.
