1970s Milo Baughman Style Rosewood, Laminate, and Aluminum Cabinet or Dresser
-
Description
Designed with influence from iconic Mid-Century designers like Milo Baughman, this long cabinet or dresser sets itslef apart with its contrasting materials and great design. 6 large drawers are set into a wood laminated in an enameled white, contrasting with the dark and rich color of the rosewood doors. Between the doors are rounded diamond shaped aluminium insets which clearly designate the door pulls. The doors open to reveal white laminated drawerfronts with metal rails and rosewood interiors. All this is supported by a metal frame that holds the whole thing off the ground. These have a striking look with their contrast and the way the frame makes them look like floating monoliths.
Condition is good. Doors and drawers work well and smoothly, and is sturdy and well-made. Minor scuffs and scratches. -
