Description
Mid-Century Modernist Lucite and Chrome Dining Table by Charles Hollis Jones
$12,475.00
This stunning Mid-Century Modernist Lucite and Chrome Dining Table is by Charles Hollis Jones and originates from the United States, Circa 1970. Features an elongated rectangular profile with an inset glass top resting on beautifully fabricated chrome joinery at each of the four corners and on the ends of each support. The sides and supports of the table are fabricated in Lucite, a material Charles Hollis Jones pioneered in furniture design and became well known for in his practice. Transparent and remarkably durable, the lucite which composes the major elements of the table balances beautifully with the reflective polished chrome detailing, emphasizing the angled corners and providing a bold yet unobtrusive presense to the piece. A stunning dining table fabricated with the highest quality materials and attention to detail, this piece will style beautifully in a wide array of spaces and settings, from Mid-Century Modernist to Contemporary and Minimal Interiors.
