Rare and highly decorative Mid-Century Modern table or wall clock. Rotating body due to brass joint ball. Designed and manufactured by PRIM clocks, Czech Republic, 1950s.
Executed in black Bakelite and and brass.

Documentation: Ample Provenance Origin: Czech Republic Period: 1950-1979 Materials: Bakelite + Brass Condition: Good. Wear consistent with use and age. The clock work seems to be replaced by the previous owner. The clock doesn't have the original mechanical clock work, but a Junghans W 737 Quarz and it runs with a battery.
