Dating from the 1980s, this Tiffany & Co. sapphire and diamond ring is set in platinum. The oval-cut sapphire, with AGL report stating the gem is heated Thai, weighing approximately 1.84 carats, is surrounded by a halo of pear-cut diamonds, approximate total weight 1.20 carats, mounted in platinum. This charming sapphire and diamond ring is a 1980s Tiffany classic.
