Description
A mid-20th century vintage Swedish flat woven wool rug by Ingrid Dessau. It is in excellent original condition, consistent with age. The rug is covered allover with delicate striations where the main filed is left open in melange beige-gray-yellow color embraced with a wide inner melange red-pink border and narrow outer brown border. The resulting look is minimalist and modern, representing a tradition of Scandinavian vintage carpets.
