Designed by T.H. Robsjohn Gibbings in the 1960s, these chairs were part of a long-running partnership with Widdicomb. Of the many successful pieces they made, these are among the rarest, even more exclusive than the lounge chair version. It also has the nickel plating, of which even fewer exist. Their upholstery complements the rounded design and colors nicely as well. The classic boomerang slipper stlye design combined with the height these offer make them an excellent candidate for anyone looking for exclusive and super attractive pieces of history for their modern home.

The condition of these chairs is very nice for their age. The legs feature little to no damage to the finish and comparatively light wear on the feet. The wood frames are solid and sturdy, and the fabric is clean with no rips or tears and still plenty supple.
