Large Vintage Abstract Panting by Gloria Allison Cuban American Artist
Offered for sale is a large and colorful figurative abstract painting by Cuban-American Florida artist Gloria Allison (1924-2013). Allison was a native of Havana, Cuba who made Miami her home in the early 1960s. The artist was involved in the art scene during the 1960s and 1970s. She participated in the Coconut Grove Arts Festival for the first 15 years and was commissioned to do all of the art for the Coral Reef Yacht Club and the Doral Country Club.
The painting is signed and dated 2001 lower right. It retains the original frame and is wired and ready to hang. - More Information
