A handsome and imposing Victorian diorama of thirteen wetland and shorebirds, including a grey heron, male black-crowned night heron, plover, sandpiper, moorhen, and others.
Large taxidermy diorama of thirteen birds in a wooden case (91.5 x 35.5 x 60.5 cm), in a naturalistic reedbed setting with blue background, plumage a little faded, some wear and scuffs to the case, very good condition. -
