Description
A German Meissen yellow porcelain candy bowl with a figural knob. The exterior of the bowl is delicately adorned with oval shaped medallions with images of bouquets of flowers, geometrical ornaments on borders. The know of the cover is shaped as a lemon on a twig with green leaves. The interior of the ware is decorated with images of blossoming flowers and a gilded scrollwork motif. marked with underglaze blue ink marks, on the bottom. Total weight: 1151 g.
