An Elegant Italian Mid-Century Modern Brass and Engraved Glass Vanity / Writing Table or Desk in the style of Max Ingrand for Fontana Arte. The piece presents a exquisite light and ethereal form. It appears to float in space. It is composed of double tiers of kidney shaped glass suspended between a triangular solid brass frame. The piece offers sublime transparency and practicality within a modern context. The lower level is in a specially fabricated satin glass; the top level is delicately etched with romantic imagery consistent with it's ephemeral nature. And, it. is multi-functional..
