Description
Probably late 1930s to early 1940s with an unknown manufacture. Beautiful use of lightly stained burlwood, fruitwood for the circular radiating designed top and probably maple for the base. The table’s standout feature is its four sculptural legs that flow downward and inward in a looping, stepped profile, echoing Art Deco geometry. Blackened base is related in the trim the top. An unusual form.
