Description
Elegant oval Biedermeier Side Table from South Germany around 1820.
Walnut veneer on softwood. Book-matched and star shaped veneer on the top and walnut burl veneer on the frame. Four curved square legs in solid walnut.
A small long drawer with interior fittings and brass knob in the center front.
Restored condition, hand-polished with shellac. Old, closed worm marks on the legs.
