Milo Baughman for Rougier Rosewood & Chrome 10-Drawer Credenza Cabinet Dresser
-
Description
Made in Canada, this design is attributed to Milo Baughman, who gained popularity in the 1950s and 60s for his use of right angles, chrome, and rosewood. This dresser features a cabinet painted black, set on a chrome-plated steel base. Each drawerfront is of bookmatched rosewood, lending a visual verticality to the piece. Each drawer features a chrome pull.
In very good refinished condition with no structural issues. The cabinet has been lightly sanded smooth and repainted in a new coat of black. Each drawer has been chemically stripped, sanded, stained, and the entire piece bar the chrome has had a polyeurathane clear-coat applied for lasting durability. Our high-res photos show light normal wear commensurate with the condition. -
