Victorian sterling silver trophy cup. Made by John Hunt in London in 1897. Girdled urn with shield-mounted and leaf-capped flying scroll side handles; domed foot. Traditional Neoclassical form. Enough room for engraving a couple generations of winner’s names. Fully marked. Very good condition.

Large overall dimensions: H 13 7/8 x W 15 1/2 x D 9 in. Heavy weight: 71 troy ounces. #CB978
