Elegant Art Deco Panther sculpture by Secondo from France circa 1930.
Beautiful green patinated bronze with carvings that create the illusion of fur. Standing on a rectangular greenish marble plinth.
Signature ‚SECONDO’ (Italian artist living in France around 1930) on the left rear foot.
Design similar to the panther sculptures by Salvatore Melani. Good condition and rare to find. A crack in the plinth has been glued and is virtually invisible.
