Designed and made in the 1960s, these chairs were manufactured by Stow Davis, who was known at the time for producing office furniture that competed with the likes of Knoll in terms of production quality. These chairs sit near the top of the quality range, with 5-point chrome-plated steel bases, leather upholstered seats, and metal hardware throughout, including Shepher casters, enabling a super comfortable and pliable chair with tilt and height adjust. We carry all manner of designer chairs, and these have a better user experience than most. Lighter but equally robust. You'll love using these chairs.

We purchased these chairs from GKN Aerospace in New York State as they were closing down. This office was outfitted with nothing but the best of the best, and had remained relatively unchanged for decades.

In very nice vintage and original condition. All of these chairs carry some wear and tear from their service, but all are structurally great with no severe damage. You can see that our chairs present quite well. At time of listing, we have 16 in total. Ask us if you want a peek at the entire selection!
