Modern sterling silver postage stamp box. Made by Thomae in Attleboro, Mass., ca 1940. Round with straight sides; cover hinged with gently curved top. Central post and vertical slit for threading the coil. Gilt interior. Fully marked including maker’s and retailer’s (Cartier) stamps, and no. 10. Very good condition.
