SMALL PAIR OF 18TH CENTURY OCTAGONAL DUTCH DELFT VASES IN THE CHINOISERIE TASTE
A small pair of 18th century glazed gadrooned earthenware vases in cobalt blue on a white ground. On one side a cartouche depicting a scene with a small boat approaching a harbour with flowers and trees surrounding it. On the reverse a cartouche depicts a group of flowers surrounded by insects.
Surrounding the cartouches and covering the rest of the space are scrolls and geometric designs.
Some minor fritting visible in the photographs.
