They are fitted as needed with a bowtie dovetails to stabilize the solid planks of wood. These add to the beauty of the wood and overall artistic look of the table. The natural live edge of the wood is finished as it was formed on the tree. No matter the configuration, these tables are the very definition of the Phillips Collection ethos: modern organic. This table is supported by polished metal frame legs that allow it to blend nicely within modern interiors.
