1940s Chinoiserie Celadon Porcelain Foo Dog Lamp, Custom Shade

Offered for sale is an early 20th century porcelain foo dog statue glazed in celadon green. The food dog is mounted on a wood base and fitted as a table lamp. The lamp is completed with a custom-made lacquered paper lamp shade with decorative textured trim around the top that represents the scales on the foo dog. This is a lovely addition for a chinoiserie or Hollywood Regency setting.
