The rugs of the nomads of Luristan is western Persia. Geometric patterns in centralized or allover layouts, wool foundations, resemble somewhat their Fars parallels. Scatters to long rugs (kellegis), bags and bagfaces. No prayer rugs or antique room sizes. Moderate to medium weave. Crisp palettes. Probably undervalued.
