Pair of Georg Kofoed Sculptural Danish Club Chairs in Black Leather
-
Description
Pair of Danish armchairs with rounded, sculptural backs upholstered in the original black leather with classic button-tufted detailing. Attributed to master cabinetmaker Georg Kofoed, Denmark, circa 1948, these lounge chairs are handcrafted with solid wood frames and eight-way hand-tied spring seats, offering excellent back support and comfortable seating. Raised on round, tapered legs, the chairs are in very good original condition, with age-appropriate wear to the leather that adds to their vintage character.
