Offered for sale is a modern impressionist oil on canvas of San Francisco signed Lee Colber. The work features cable cars on the street. The artist used great palette knife impasto textures with bold and bright colors. The execution and composition are remarkable and quite active. It is presented in a dramatic vintage carved giltwood frame with an inset linen fillet.
