Marc Barold

          Marc Barold is an award winning contemporary artist best known for his truly unique and dynamic sculptural work.

He creates limited edition collectible pieces at his studio in Sydney Australia and ships his work internationally. He prides himself on working closely with his clients, in customizing each of his designs so that each completed piece has its own unique stamp on it.

This technique ensures both the originality and the quality of the end product, so that when installed, it best suits its chosen environment.




Marc’s work is an odyssey towards what he calls a ‘Future Nature’. A sleek and refined metamorphosis of the natural that is both familiar yet alien. 



Over the last 20 years, Marc has designed and fabricated sculptural projects all over the world with international brands and companies like Swarovski, Cirque Du Soleil and Lucasfilm’s Star Wars series, amongst many others.

Marc’s work in production design over the last two decades has consistently influenced his art, each evolving and pollinating the other. The cutting-edge materials and fabrication techniques inspire Marc to work in new and innovative ways,  consistently challenging him to seek and explore the unknown, influencing his unique style at the crossroads of fine art, design, technology and the natural world.
