Trésors Trouvés
Thank you for visiting Trésors-Trouvés.
Objects are containers of memories, they are links to history and other cultures, they are markers on a personal journey. For me, I first collected fossils and shells as a very young child but by 15 years of age I was collecting 18th century pastry forms, glazed pottery, Baroque angels, 19th century mercury silver and just about anything that I found beautiful – and shortly, started selling these objects for others to enjoy. From the beginning, I defined myself more as a treasure hunter than an antique dealer, and in 2013 created my company Trésors Trouvés.
My hunt took me first to the Czech Republic. Later, I travelled every month through France and several times a year to England, bringing back treasures to my base in Amsterdam. With the company growing, I moved three years ago to the South of France, a more central location for visiting all the large antique fairs and small flea markets across France, Italy and Spain. You never know where you will find something extraordinary.
The objects I choose range from the 15th to the early 20th century but complement all styles from traditional and classic to modern and minimalist. The setting may change but a beautiful object remains precious and timeless – a reflection of where you are on your personal journey at the time you acquire it.
Whether you are buying for yourself, a client, or a company, we look forward to helping you find a unique treasure and to answering any questions you may have after viewing the inventory on the following pages.
