Boris Ivanovich Pastukhoff, also known as Boris Pastukov, was a talented Russian painter renowned for his portraits, still lifes, and floral compositions. Born in 1894, he began his artistic journey under the guidance of A. A. Murashko in Kiev, where he honed his skills until 1920. Following his studies, Pastukhoff settled in what would later become Yugoslavia before relocating to Paris in 1930, where he continued to develop his distinctive style.
His works have gained recognition in the art market, with auction prices ranging from $145 to a notable $14,164, achieved for his piece Nature Morte A La Statuette et Aux Vases de Fleurs sold at Artcurial in 2012.
