Emile Muller is a French sculptor who was born in Strasbourg in 1912 and passed away in 1993. He is known for his figurative sculptures and public monuments, which are characterized by their dynamic forms and attention to detail.
 
Muller studied at the Ecole des Arts Décoratifs in Strasbourg and later at the Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Beaux-Arts in Paris. He went on to work as a sculptor for the French government, creating several public monuments and sculptures throughout France.
 
Some of Muller's notable works include the monument to the French Resistance in Strasbourg, the monument to the French combatants in Algeria in Paris, and the statue of Sainte-Odile in the Cathedral of Strasbourg. His sculptures are also featured in several museums and private collections throughout Europe and the United States.
